Week 8 NFL Picks
Minnesota Vikings (6-1) at Green Bay Packers (4-2)
Favre will put a nail in his old fans hearts as defeats the Packers for the second time.
Bills could pull an upset like I also said last week but like last week I am going with favorite. The Bills didn't put the Jets away despite all the turnovers they forced in their win last. Also I don't think the Bills can keep up with the high powered Texan offense, that is unless Terrell Owens emerges.
Cleveland Browns (1-6) at Chicago Bears (3-3)
The Bears quite frankly aren't who we thought they would be and a Brown win isn't so far fetched considering how close they played the Bengals. But I am picking Chicago because they are playing at home and I think Matt Forte should be able to get something going on the ground.
Seattle Seahawks (2-4) at Dallas Cowboys (4-2)
As much as I would like to pick the Seahawks, I feel they are simply out talented by the Cowboys.
St.Louis Rams (0-7) at Detroit Lions (1-5)
Possibly the last chance the Rams have at winning this season. They have to be frustrated with the lack of success. The reason I pick the Rams is the Lions have given up so many points this season, and have a few key injuries they will limit them. The game will be won through the ground. So which ever back has the most success I expect to be on the winning team.
(Alex Smith starts this week)
San Francisco 49ers (3-3) at Indianapolis Colts (6-0)
An inexperienced quarterback starting at Indy does not make for a good combination. If the 49ers were to win they would need to pull some big plays and be able to pressure Manning.
Miami Dolphins (2-4) at New York Jets (4-3)
They beat them once, I think they can do it again. They are a very good team despite their 2-4 record.
Denver Broncos (6-0) at Baltimore Ravens (3-3)
Have the Ravens beat an Elite team this season?
New York Giants (5-2) at Philadelphia Eagles (4-2)
Eagles will be without Brian Westbrook which is a huge loss to the team going into this weeks matchup.
Jacksonville Jaguars (3-3) at Tennessee Titans (0-6)
As horrible as the Titans have been and how badly they got beaten by the Jags previously this could be a really tight game. I got to have faith my team will pull it off. But I am not 100% confident.
Oakland Raiders (2-5) at San Diego Chargers (3-3)
Honestly if Russell wasn't starting I would pick the Raiders but he is and he is horrible.
Carolina Panthers (2-4) at Arizona Cardinals (4-2)
I was saying all last season the Panthers were a fluke. Their quarterback just isn't very good. But now finally everyone else has realized that. The Cardinals are the number 1 run defense so the Panthers will be forced to pass early and often.
Atlanta Falcons (4-2) at New Orleans Saints (6-0)
Toughest challenge they will have until the week 14 rematch with the Falcons. Saints are playing so well 16-0 is not out of the question.

My NFL Week 3 Picks

Record 21-11 as compared to Yahoo Experts
Jacksonville Jags at Houston Texans- done with loyalty, they didn't even show up last week.
Washington Redskins at Detroit Lions
Atlanta Falcons at New England Patriots - It is hard for me picturing the Pats to lose at home but this 1-1 team could easily be 0-2. The Falcons have scored twice as many TDs than the Pats this season with 6, so I'm going to base my pick on that.
Tennessee Tits at NY Jets
Kansas City Chiefs at Philadelphia Eagles
NY Giants at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Cleveland Browns at Baltimore Ravens
Chicago Bears at Seattle Seahawks
Denver Broncos at Oakland Raiders
Miami Dolphins at San Diego
New Orleans at Buffalo
Pittsburgh Steelers at Cincinnati Bengals
Indianapolis Colts at Arizona Cardinals- The Colts would be nothing without Manning.
Carolina Panthers at Dallas Cowboys

NFL Week 2 Predictions
Carolina Panthers vs. Atlanta Falcons
Minnesota Vikings vs. Detroit Lions - The Lions would be so much better if they still had Kitna. In the betting spread I'd take Detroit.
Minnesota Vikings vs. Detroit Lions - The Lions would be so much better if they still had Kitna. In the betting spread I'd take Detroit.
Betting Odds
Cincinnati Bengals vs. Green Bay Packers - The Packers should have a double digit win.
Arizona Cardinals vs. Jacksonville Jaguars - Gotta go with my team again, I may be at the game. Cardinals were 0-5 last year when playing East coast teams away.
Oakland Raiders vs. Kansas City Chiefs
New York Giants Dallas Cowboys - I will take the Giants for $125 thank you. (Cowboys got destroyed by Tampa's run game last week, they are in for trouble this week.)
Indianapolis Colts vs. Miami Dolphins - Indy to windy! I mean win.
Cleveland Browns vs. Denver Broncos - Playing at home, the Broncos work their magic again.
Baltimore Ravens vs. San Diego Chargers- Philip cry me a River
Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Chicago - Sorry Jay things don't go your way.
Seattle Seahawks vs. San Francisco 49ers - Don't Hassel the beck! He's back. If Seattle can stop Action Jackson they should have problem with Frank Gore the cog of 49er offense.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Buffalo Bills - I just don't like the Bills plain and simple. They are like that girl that looks smoking hot, you go to say hello and decide ugh better not after seeing her face. They are the ultimate tease. After a 5-1 start last season they Bills finished last in the AFC East. Not to mention last weeks loss against the Patriots.
St. Louis Rams vs. Washington Redskins -Whaaat?
Tennessee Titans vs. Houston Texans -What is a Texan to a Titan? Nothing, nothing, you ain't winning nothing.
New Orleans vs. Philadelphia - Hurt McNabb. Saint will gobble them up like a plate of ribs. I think it will be close though.
New England vs. NY Jets

NFL Week 1 Predictions
My week one picks
Titans at Pittsburgh – Hardest pick, I originally picked the Titans then decided the Steelers playing at home gives them the edge.
Dolphins at Atlanta
Chiefs at Baltimore
Eagles at Carolina
Broncos at Cincinnati
Vikings at Cleveland
Jets at Houston
Lions at New Orleans
Jaguars at Indianapolis – It is week one, I still have high hopes for my team.
Cowboys at Tampa Bay
49ers at Arizona
Redskins at New York
Rams at Seattle – Seattle has the edge but I am a strong believer in Steven Jackson.
Bears at Green Bay – Love Aaron Rodgers drafted him 10th round in most my leagues last year on a hunch. But I think Forte will be too much for the Packer Defense.
