This an alleged quote from Steve Smith to Jake Delhomme. There was a video on youtube but the NFL took it down so I assume this is a legitimate quote.
"Hey, I know you feel like crap. I mean, you're not a very handsome guy anyway. But, the performer, the quarterback? I've never really liked you as a quarterback. But as a person? That's who I love, I love you as a person."
Ouch! That has to hurt. Delhomme days in Carolina may be numbered.
